Job Description
This role is for an HR Business Partner & IR Manager/Sr. Manager at a Pharma Manufacturing Plant. The ideal candidate is a seasoned HR professional who can act as a strategic partner to business leaders, drive HR initiatives, and manage all aspects of industrial relations and labor law compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to drive HR initiatives, talent management, and organizational development.
- Provide strategic HR advice and support to senior management and line managers.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee industrial relations, including negotiations, collective bargaining, and labor law compliance.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve business performance.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of industrial relations, labor laws, and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinking and business acumen.
- Expertise in change management and organizational development.
- MSW / MBA from a premium college.
