Job Description

This role is for an HR Business Partner & IR Manager/Sr. Manager at a Pharma Manufacturing Plant. The ideal candidate is a seasoned HR professional who can act as a strategic partner to business leaders, drive HR initiatives, and manage all aspects of industrial relations and labor law compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to drive HR initiatives, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Provide strategic HR advice and support to senior management and line managers.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee industrial relations, including negotiations, collective bargaining, and labor law compliance.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve business performance.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of industrial relations, labor laws, and employment regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen.
  • Expertise in change management and organizational development.
  • MSW / MBA from a premium college.
