Job Description
- Understand job requirements, screening parameters, and client business upon receiving job information.
- Source resumes from various online and offline tools.
- Incorporate innovative ways of sourcing resumes for permanent staffing.
- Screen resumes against job information and requirements.
- Communicate with candidates regarding employer information and benefits, ensuring consent for processing resumes.
- Conduct phone interviews and recommend suitable candidates to account managers.
- Share vacancy details with candidates and follow up on acknowledgements.
- Ensure delivery of quality resumes within set TAT (Turnaround Time).
- Schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates and coordinate with clients and account managers.
- Perform constant interview follow-ups and maintain rapport to ensure candidate attendance.
- Conduct reference and background checks as required.
- Follow up on documentation and offer negotiations until candidate joins, maintaining relationship post-joining.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports as per company requirements.
