Role Responsibilities:

• Roll out and manage weekly employee pulse surveys
• Maintain and update master databases for accurate targeting
• Generate leadership dashboards and trend analyses
• Derive insights from historical data to highlight focus areas

Job Requirements:

• MBA preferred with excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and HR systems
