Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Receive inbound calls, emails, and chats, ensuring cases and interactions are accurately logged in the required tools.
  • Provide recruitment support to candidates including fresh applicants and rehires as per defined processes.
  • Assist customers by providing navigational support on the self-service portal.
  • Conduct security verifications following company policies, procedures, and GDPR guidelines.
  • Place outbound calls to customers as needed, adhering to client and company guidelines.
  • Maintain high productivity while ensuring exceptional call and data quality standards aligned with targets.
  • Communicate openly and regularly with peers and supervisors to contribute to the team's success.
  • Adhere to all company and departmental policies and procedures related to personnel and operations.
  • Update process repositories such as DTPs, Knowledgebase, and SharePoint with current process information.
  • Ensure regular and punctual attendance following company attendance policies.
  • Minimize customer complaints and escalations by delivering exceptional service and effective call control.
