• 3+ years of experience in IT Recruitment
• Excellent interviewing skills and must be quick in identifying relevant profiles
• Excellent in using Job boards
• Must have worked with and placed almost all Technology consultants such as Java, dot net, Android, iOS, React, Angular, QA, etc
• Should identify candidates via employee referral, internal database, etc and should also have a good understanding about our business competitors
• Design and implement effective recruiting strategies under pressure
• Should be good in employer branding by being the face of the company
• Should take care of end to end recruitment and must give attention to details while verifying the selected candidates employment documents before hiring
