Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter/Senior HR Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks)
• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles
• Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation
• Build a strong pipeline of candidates for future hiring needs
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information and progress

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 6months-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms for recruitment purposes
