We are seeking a motivated and dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates who are passionate about recruitment and talent acquisition. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating the hiring process for various positions within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and referrals
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience
  • Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' fit for the role
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Assist in the development of job descriptions and recruitment strategies
  • Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
