HR Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. This role is essential to ensuring we attract and hire the best talent to meet our business needs.

Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks)
• Conduct interviews using various methods (e.g., phone, video, and in-person)
• Assess candidates' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
• Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Assist in the negotiation of job offers between candidates and employers
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems
• Promote the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms and job boards
