Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand job descriptions and hiring requirements by coordinating with department heads.
- Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews (telephonic/video/in-person).
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up on interview feedback.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Coordinate pre-joining formalities and documentation.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Maintain recruitment reports and analytics for management review.
- Represent the company at job fairs and campus drives, as needed.
- Ensure a smooth and professional experience for all candidates.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with various job boards and professional networks.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and meet deadlines.
- Good understanding of HR practices and labor laws (basic level).
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
