Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand job descriptions and hiring requirements by coordinating with department heads.
  • Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews (telephonic/video/in-person).
  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up on interview feedback.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Coordinate pre-joining formalities and documentation.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Maintain recruitment reports and analytics for management review.
  • Represent the company at job fairs and campus drives, as needed.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional experience for all candidates.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques.
  • Familiarity with various job boards and professional networks.
  • Ability to manage multiple positions and meet deadlines.
  • Good understanding of HR practices and labor laws (basic level).
  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
