HR Recruiter

• Post job descriptions on various recruitment platforms and source top headhunters.
• Cultivate and maintain robust networks with recruitment vendors and agencies.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including JD preparation, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and feedback.
• Administer offer letters, background verifications, recruitment trackers, and campus connections, while supporting induction and HR operations.

Requirements:

• MBA in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of HR recruitment experience.
• Strong communication skills, multitasking ability, tech proficiency, and a sense of ownership.
