Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle the full recruitment process from sourcing to joining
- Must have experience in bulk and mass hiring (especially frontline staff)
- Search candidates through job portals, references, and social media
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with managers
- Work with different departments to understand their hiring needs
- Maintain records and prepare daily recruitment reports (Excel knowledge is a must)
- Follow up with selected candidates until they join
What We re Looking For:
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good knowledge of retail industry hiring
- Experience in using job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
- Must be good at Excel and reporting
- Able to handle multiple job openings at the same time
- Positive attitude and team player
