Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment Management
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create accurate job descriptions
Talent Sourcing and Attraction
- Utilize various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, networking) to attract qualified candidates
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Candidate Relationship Management
- Communicate effectively with candidates to provide a positive candidate experience
- Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback
Hiring Manager Collaboration
- Partner with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and hiring priorities
- Advise on recruitment strategies and market trends
Recruitment Process Improvement
- Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and quality of hires
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple recruitment drives simultaneously
