Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment Management

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create accurate job descriptions

Talent Sourcing and Attraction

  • Utilize various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, networking) to attract qualified candidates
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs

Candidate Relationship Management

  • Communicate effectively with candidates to provide a positive candidate experience
  • Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback

Hiring Manager Collaboration

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and hiring priorities
  • Advise on recruitment strategies and market trends

Recruitment Process Improvement

  • Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and quality of hires

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
  • Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple recruitment drives simultaneously
