HR Recruiter

• As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in helping the firm attract the best talent. Broadly, your role encompasses
• Plan and implement firm talent acquisition strategy
• Assist firm for talent benchmarking, talent assessment and interviewing
• Perform analysis of firm development and anticipate future employment needs
• Conduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positions
• Devise and manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening,screening calls, interviews etc.)
• Reviews employment applications and background check reports
• Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events
• Represent firm internally and externally at events with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities
• Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment
• Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities
• Administer and submit all hiring paperwork for new employees Conduct the Induction and on-boarding process for the new employees
• Generate monthly updates for firm s leadership about upcoming talent acquisition initiatives and metrics
• Develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing methodologies

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Previous working experience as Talent Acquisition Specialist for more than 5 years
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of candidates selection methods
• Impactful presentation style
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
