Job Description
- As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in helping the firm attract the best talent. Broadly, your role encompasses
- Plan and implement firm talent acquisition strategy
- Assist firm for talent benchmarking, talent assessment and interviewing
- Perform analysis of firm development and anticipate future employment needs
- Conduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positions
- Devise and manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening,screening calls, interviews etc.)
- Reviews employment applications and background check reports
- Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events
- Represent firm internally and externally at events with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities
- Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment
- Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities
- Administer and submit all hiring paperwork for new employees Conduct the Induction and on-boarding process for the new employees
- Generate monthly updates for firm s leadership about upcoming talent acquisition initiatives and metrics
- Develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing methodologies
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Previous working experience as Talent Acquisition Specialist for more than 5 years
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of candidates selection methods
- Impactful presentation style
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
