Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing & Screening:
- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone interviews, and schedule in-person or virtual interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring consistent communication and engagement.
- Interview Coordination:
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and ensure a smooth interview process.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and potential for growth.
- Job Postings & Advertising:
- Create detailed job descriptions and post them on job boards, social media platforms, and the company website.
- Update job postings as needed to keep them current.
- Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Provide regular updates to candidates about their status and next steps.
- Offer Negotiation & Onboarding:
- Extend offers to selected candidates and handle salary negotiations in coordination with the hiring manager.
- Assist with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Record Keeping & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the HR system.
- Provide regular recruitment status reports to HR leadership.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role (1-3 years).
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resume databases.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR best practices.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
