We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to interviewing to hiring, while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks)
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods
Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify future hiring needs
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Promote the company's reputation as a 'best place to work'
Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar HR role
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Familiarity with social media recruiting techniques
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
