Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Salary Calculation: Compute employee salaries, wages, overtime pay, and bonuses according to company policies and labor laws.
  • Deductions & Withholdings: Deduct income tax, social security contributions, retirement fund contributions, and other statutory or voluntary employee deductions.
  • Time & Attendance Management: Track employee attendance, work hours, and absences to accurately determine pay.
  • Payroll Processing: Process payroll, including generating paychecks, direct deposits, or electronic transfers to employees.
  • Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefit-related deductions.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, tax regulations, and reporting requirements. Stay updated on changes in tax codes and labor laws.
  • Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate records of payroll transactions, employee earnings, and tax-related documents.
