Job Description
- Support the global implementation and configuration of PepsiCo's SuccessFactors platform across 85+ countries and 330,000+ employees.
- Focus primarily on Learning and Talent modules, including Talent Management, Talent Intelligence Hub, Growth Portfolio, and Security.
- Contribute to one of the largest global SuccessFactors deployments by ensuring scalable and optimized system solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead configuration and design activities for SuccessFactors Learning and Talent modules.
- Translate business requirements into accurate system configurations aligned with PepsiCo standards and naming conventions.
- Support global teams in system implementation, optimization, and new feature enablement.
- Manage prototypes, testing cycles, issue resolution, and release management actions.
- Provide tactical decision-making support for configuration updates, user troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
- Operate independently while aligning deliverables under the guidance of an HR Operations Manager.
Required Qualifications
- 7–9 years of overall experience with demonstrated hands-on SuccessFactors configuration expertise.
- Strong background in Learning and Talent module implementation.
- Solid understanding of HCM platforms and the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within a complex global environment.
- Experience delivering reliable, scalable, and efficient operational system solutions.
