Job Description

• Manage end‑to‑end employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, documentation, confirmations, transfers, and exits

• Coordinate joining formalities, background verification, and induction programs

• Handle full & final settlement and exit documentation

• Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and ensure accuracy of HR data, reports, and MIS

• Support audits by maintaining HR documentation and reports

• Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, benefits, and leave

• Coordinate with payroll team/vendor for monthly payroll processing

• Ensure statutory compliance for PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity, and related filings

• Assist in implementing HR policies, SOPs, and process improvements

• Support performance management and appraisal cycles

• Act as a point of contact between employees, HR team, and management

• Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and external agencies
