Job Description

  • Process end-to-end payroll for employees accurately and on time.
  • Maintain employee payroll records, attendance, leave data, and deductions.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and other labor laws.
  • Generate and distribute salary slips, tax statements, and other payroll-related documents.
  • Handle employee queries related to payroll, reimbursements, and tax deductions.
  • Coordinate with the finance department for salary disbursement and reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly payroll reports and MIS for management review.
  • Stay updated with payroll regulations, tax laws, and HR policies.
  • Assist in audits related to payroll and statutory compliance.
