Job Description
- Process end-to-end payroll for employees accurately and on time.
- Maintain employee payroll records, attendance, leave data, and deductions.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and other labor laws.
- Generate and distribute salary slips, tax statements, and other payroll-related documents.
- Handle employee queries related to payroll, reimbursements, and tax deductions.
- Coordinate with the finance department for salary disbursement and reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly payroll reports and MIS for management review.
- Stay updated with payroll regulations, tax laws, and HR policies.
- Assist in audits related to payroll and statutory compliance.
