Job Description
Role Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll for two entities including validation, reconciliation, and bank disbursements
- Resolve salary and tax-related grievances and coordinate statutory payments
- Maintain attendance and leave systems, respond to employee queries
- Provide audit support and handle HRSS tool integration
Key Deliverables:
- Timely and accurate monthly payroll execution and MIS reports
- Statutory compliance and payment coordination
- Payroll-related audit documentation and responses
- Midterm revision, promotion letters, and HR system data entry
