Job Description
- Manage operational tasks related to the employee onboarding process
- Prepare and issue offer letters accurately and in a timely manner
- Work with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for recruitment and hiring workflows
- Handle documentation checks and ensure compliance with HR policies
- Process and track Purchase Orders (POs) related to HR operations
