Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Employee Data Management operations.
- Demonstrate integrity and professionalism when handling confidential employee data.
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Maintain a strong service orientation with a willingness to support both the HR team and employees.
- Take initiative, work proactively, and demonstrate personal accountability without constant direction.
- Utilize MS Office, especially Excel, for data management, reporting, and analysis.
- Work with SAP ECC, SAP SuccessFactors, or other ERP systems to maintain and update employee data.
- Support Employee Relations activities and related HR processes.
- Apply a strong understanding of HR practices, workplace policies, and employment regulations.
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights to HR leadership and stakeholders.
- Use reporting tools and case management systems (ticketing tools) for effective HR operations.
- Knowledge of UK HR processes and hands-on experience with relevant HR systems.
