Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely processing of data audits and monitoring, sharing necessary analysis and audit results.
- Conduct data quality checks by understanding the different attributes affecting HR processes.
- Maintain employee-level data quality and share findings promptly for corrections.
- Protect data privacy and ensure proper HR access management, adhering to confidentiality requirements.
- Manage SOX compliance and audit requirements within HR operations.
- Drive customer satisfaction by minimizing errors and ensuring smooth HR service delivery.
- Handle HR onboarding, offboarding, and other central HR service processes.
Must-Have Skills:
- Experience in HR Service delivery (SuccessFactors, SAP, Workday)
- Strong data management and analysis skills
- Knowledge of HR onboarding/offboarding processes
- Understanding of SOX and audit compliance
