Job Description

Location: Bangalore (Bagmane Solarium City, Kundalahalli Colony, Brookefield)

Experience Range: MBA (HR) Fresher with HR Ops internship or 1 to 3 Years

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only

Mode: Contract-to-Hire (C2H)

Eligibility Criteria

For MBA Freshers:

  • 3-month internship as HR Intern with stipend.
  • Post successful internship completion, conversion to Analyst based on performance.
  • Must have specialization in HR and internship experience in HR Operations.

For Experienced Candidates (1 to 3 Years):

  • Must have hands-on experience in HR Operations within MNCs.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Quick learner with a proactive mindset
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Collaborative team player

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform day-to-day HR Operations tasks for APAC locations
  • Onboard, update, and manage employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Create employment-related letters and documentation
  • Handle employee verification for active and exited employees
  • Manage end-to-end Employee Life Cycle processes
  • Respond to and resolve employee queries in a timely manner
