HR Officer

Key Deliverables:

• Drive timely recruitment aligned with school staffing needs
• Plan and implement induction, training, and performance systems
• Develop and communicate HR policies and ensure compliance
• Maintain HR MIS and conduct periodic attrition analysis

Role Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Principal and Director for manpower planning and staff well-being
• Ensure smooth employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit
• Monitor training feedback and manage confirmation/increment processes
• Foster a positive school environment through people-focused HR practices
