HR Manager

Caliber Hunt is seeking a strategic and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources function. The ideal candidate will be a people-oriented and results-driven professional responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business goals. This role requires in-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor law, and the ability to build a positive and productive working environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues.
• Manage the entire recruitment and selection process, from policy to appointment, while ensuring legal frameworks are followed.
• Oversee and manage a high-performance appraisal system that supports promotions and employee development.
• Maintain the company's pay plan and benefits program.
• Assess training needs and apply appropriate training programs to develop human capital.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout all human resource management activities.
• Plan and organize team-building activities, annual tours, and travel arrangements.
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics and budgetary provisions.
• Nurture a positive working environment and manage employee exit policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• MBA in HR or a PGDBM.
• Proven working experience as an HR professional responsible for all aspects of the HR function.
• People-oriented and results-driven.
• Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
• Ability to achieve strategy along with strong leadership skills.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
