What You'll Do

You'll be responsible for a comprehensive range of HR functions, including:

• Ensuring statutory compliance.
• SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) handling, creation, and implementation.
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, with specific experience in Sales & Project team recruitment.
• Handling onboarding and offboarding procedures.
• Managing factory licenses and related compliance.

Required Candidate Profile

• Male candidate preferred.
• Prior experience as an HR Manager.
• Preferably from the Garment Industry.
• Good communication skills are essential
