HR IT Recruiter

Caliber Hunt is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR IT Recruiter drive our end-to-end HR functions, with a key focus on IT recruitment and the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional with a clear understanding of HR best practices and the ability to collaborate with employees at all levels. You will play a vital role in talent acquisition, performance management, and ensuring our HR initiatives are successfully implemented.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end HR responsibilities and manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit.
• Timely recruit and onboard new hires, with a focus on talent acquisition strategies for the IT and services industry.
• Support the performance management process and provide constructive feedback to employees and managers.
• Collaborate with employees at all levels to drive key HR initiatives at a locational level.
• Support payroll and benefits administration for employees.
• Work with minimal supervision to support all associated HR responsibilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• HR degree and relevant experience from the IT & Services industry.
• Strong recruiting skills and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
• Clear understanding of HRMS and EDM (Electronic Document Management) systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees.
• Strong organizational, critical thinking, and effective communications skills.
• Excellent data management skills and analysis abilities.
• Attention to detail and good judgment.
• Strong comprehending ability and ability to work with least supervision.
