Job Description
Lead recruitment and staffing strategies for Development/Social Sector roles in Public Health
Manage induction, joining documentation, asset allocation, and training coordination
Handle all legal and technical aspects of HR, including contractual agreements and appointment letters
Coordinate with departments for monthly attendance and payroll processing
Address grievances of contractual staff and handle performance reviews
Oversee the exit process, including exit interviews and documentation
Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance documentation is up-to-date
Issue notices and letters regarding HR policies and compliance
