• Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and networking events.
• Review resumes to evaluate candidate qualifications and suitability for open roles.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' experience, skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update a database of qualified and potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with hiring teams to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional engagement.
