Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Minimum 2-5 years of proven recruitment track record and ability to meet targets.
  • Should have an interest in Talent acquisition for non-IT/field job roles that include - Sales, Operations,
  • Monetization, FSD, Leadgen, and other departments.
  • Should be well versed with Naukri ResDex and sourcing the ideal candidate from multiple sources.
  • Call prospective candidates, execute effective recruitment strategy, and emphasize candidate skills

and attitude with a focus on the value of the organization.

  • Daily reporting to TA Manager(s) to understand the hiring progress.
  • Continuous follow-up with the candidates and handing over candidates to the onboarding team to complete

the joining formalities and ensure 100% joiners.

  • Should be able to maintain 100% compliance while following the recruitment process.
