HR Executive Recruiter

We are seeking an HR Executive Recruiter who specializes in recruiting telesales executives and tele-callers. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding profile requirements and screening candidates to communicating job offers and collaborating with third-party agencies. This role requires a passionate, results-driven individual with high ethical standards and a commitment to a positive work environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process specifically for telesales executives/tele-callers.
• Organize internal discussions to clearly understand required profiles.
• Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and build a potential candidate database.
• Execute all steps of recruitment activity with expertise.
• Communicate job offers and employment terms to selected candidates.
• Collaborate with third-party staffing agencies and job portals as needed.
• Ensure the core policy of 'Win Win Win' is followed in all decisions and actions.
• Contribute to a positive work atmosphere and bring new ideas to solve challenges.

Skills Required:

• Proven success in sourcing and hiring individuals for sales, customer service, and operations.
• Preferred experience in BPO/KPO hiring with a talent for recruiting tele-callers or tele-marketers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results.

QUALIFICATION:
