Job Description
HR Operations & Administration
- Manage onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, and exits.
- Maintain employee records, HRMIS, attendance, leave, and shift rosters.
- Implement HR policies, SOPs, and documentation.
Payroll & Compensation
- Coordinate payroll with accounts or third-party vendors.
- Ensure timely salary disbursement, overtime calculation, incentives, and deductions.
- Handle PF, ESIC, gratuity, bonus, and wage revisions.
Statutory Compliance & Labour Laws
- Ensure compliance with Factory Act, CLRA, Shops & Establishment Act, Minimum Wages, Payment of Wages, Bonus Act, etc.
- Manage inspections, audits, and liaison with labour authorities.
- Maintain contractor labour compliance documentation.
Industrial Relations (IR)
- Maintain cordial employee relations.
- Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, domestic enquiries, and counseling.
- Support union or worker interactions where applicable.
