HR Executive – Compensation & Benefits (People & Culture)
Job Description
Payroll Management
Compile payroll data from timesheets and other records.
Process salaries, TA/DA, and ensure correct deductions (TDS, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax).
Handle salary-related issues and employee grievances.
Maintain payroll records and MIS reports.
Benefits Administration
Administer employee benefits such as Provident Fund, Gratuity, ESIC, and other statutory benefits.
Prepare, verify, and submit statutory forms, declarations, and returns as per legal requirements.
Maintain accumulated leave records, annual and sick leave balances, and process adjustments.
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure adherence to tax, labor, and payroll regulations.
Keep updated on changes in payroll, tax laws, and statutory requirements.
Compile and submit payroll and benefits reports to relevant departments.
Administrative & Clerical Support
Maintain files, documentation, and records related to payroll and employee benefits.
Perform clerical duties including typing, data entry, and record maintenance.
Execute ad-hoc tasks as required by management.
