Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HR Executive and Generalist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. The HR Executive will play a crucial role in creating a positive work environment and supporting the overall HR strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Assist in performance management processes and employee evaluations.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and handle employee grievances.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for staff.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR generalist or HR executive roles.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices in India.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
