Job Description
- Talent Acquisition:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and coordinating offers.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including online platforms, social media, and industry events.
- Conduct thorough background checks and reference checks.
- Negotiate employment offers and contracts.
- Onboarding:
- Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure new hires have a smooth and positive transition into Moris Media.
- Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, culture, and values.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure new hires have the necessary resources and equipment.
- Performance Management:
- Administer performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for employee development.
- Develop and implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
- Track employee performance data and identify trends.
- Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and effective manner.
- Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate employee records, both physical and digital.
- Manage HR systems and databases.
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
