Job Description
Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring process including sourcing, interviewing, scheduling, and onboarding.
- Documentation and Reports: Maintain employee records, recruitment documents, and operational plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Performance Monitoring: Evaluate new hires during their initial 30 days using dashboards and key metrics; escalate concerns as needed.
- Department Collaboration: Serve as liaison between the CEO and department heads; compile, analyze, and present actionable insights.
- Grievance Handling & Culture Initiatives: Address employee concerns, foster a positive culture, and lead internal branding initiatives.
- Operational Planning: Collaborate with the CEO to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Strategic Documentation: Prepare presentations, reports, and documents to support decision-making.
- Proactive Problem Solving: Analyze potential issues and implement corrective measures.
- Technology Integration: Leverage tools to enhance HR processes, data management, and reporting systems.
