Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Support

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles
  • Source candidates via job portals, social media, and employee referrals
  • Conduct initial screening and coordinate interview scheduling
  • Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires

Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Assist in organizing employee engagement and team-building activities
  • Support resolution of employee queries and HR-related concerns
  • Help in executing performance management processes and feedback cycles

HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation
  • Assist in payroll input, attendance tracking, and leave management
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies and regulatory compliance
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team
  • Contribute to HR process improvements and special projects

Requirements:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in IT recruitment or generalist HR roles
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal and coordination abilities
  • Proficiency in HR tools, applicant tracking systems, and MS Office
  • Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with discretion
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
