Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Support
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles
- Source candidates via job portals, social media, and employee referrals
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate interview scheduling
- Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
Employee Engagement & Relations
- Assist in organizing employee engagement and team-building activities
- Support resolution of employee queries and HR-related concerns
- Help in executing performance management processes and feedback cycles
HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation
- Assist in payroll input, attendance tracking, and leave management
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and regulatory compliance
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team
- Contribute to HR process improvements and special projects
Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in IT recruitment or generalist HR roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in HR tools, applicant tracking systems, and MS Office
- Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with discretion
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
