HR Executive

Bolla Management India LLP is seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This role involves managing the full spectrum of HR functions and contributing to a positive, engaging, and compliant workplace. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in supporting employee well-being, organizational development, and HR operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Coordinate and ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees
• Oversee payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management in collaboration with the finance team
• Support employee relations activities and help resolve queries and grievances
• Plan and execute employee engagement and team-building initiatives
• Assist in implementing training and development programs for skill enhancement
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws
• Maintain and update HR records and documentation accurately and securely
• Support performance management and appraisal processes
• Contribute to HR strategy development and organizational improvement initiatives

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience:

• 1–2 years of experience in human resources or related domains
