Job Description
- Accountabilities:
- Work in coordination with the HR Manager to plan strategies and implement various HR changes.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including:
- Screening of CVs.
- Scheduling interviews.
- Managing staff requests.
- Coordinating induction processes (employee life cycle implementation).
- Manage HR activities such as NATS & NAPS (GET & Apprentice Management).
- Maintain payroll software and data related to all HR activities.
- Ensure compliance with legal and statutory policies by maintaining records with various government agencies (PT, PF, ESIC, NPS, Gratuity, etc.).
- Foster a positive work environment by creating employee engagement initiatives that reinforce desired culture and behaviors.
- Transportation and vehicle management.
- Review and process HR-related invoices.
- Coordinate with Front Desk Executive for visitor management and canteen facility management.
- Oversee security, labour contracts, and housekeeping services.
- Manage employee mediclaim, life insurance details, and updates.
- Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Executive.
- People-oriented and results-driven with a positive approach.
- Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Qualifications:
- Essential:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Effective communication in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, particularly with manufacturing industries.
- In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
- Preferred:
- Experience working with multinational manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with HR systems and databases.
- Key Skills:
