Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the HR strategy for the retail organization in partnership with leadership.

  • Solve for front-line attrition through analysis and corrective action.

  • Mitigated concerns identified from organization health and manager connect surveys.
  • Timely resolution of employee queries and effective payroll management for contractors.
