Job Description

Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, processes, and programs.

Support employee relations, engagement initiatives, and feedback processes with managers and teams.

Assist with onboarding and integration of new hires into the organization.

Coordinate employee experience programs such as rewards and recognition, wellness initiatives, and diversity and inclusion activities.

Maintain accurate HR data and records in HR systems.
