Job Description
An Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's in HR, Business Admin, or related field (Master's/HR certifications preferred).
- 5–8 years of HR/admin experience; 3+ years in healthcare, MNC, or multi-site setup.
- Experience supporting lab or clinical operations is a plus.
- Strong in HR operations, compliance, and talent management.
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; HRIS experience required.
Key Competencies:
- Oversee HR and admin operations across regional offices, including India.
- Align HR strategies with business goals and ensure legal compliance.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Lead performance appraisals, engagement, and succession planning.
- Implement and maintain HR systems and data reporting.
- Handle office administration, procurement, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure timely renewals of licenses and permits.
- Coordinate travel, visas, and logistics for staff.
- Support regional teams in standardizing HR and admin practices.
- Experience in healthcare, especially labs and digital health, is preferred.
