Job Description

An Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's in HR, Business Admin, or related field (Master's/HR certifications preferred).
  • 5–8 years of HR/admin experience; 3+ years in healthcare, MNC, or multi-site setup.
  • Experience supporting lab or clinical operations is a plus.
  • Strong in HR operations, compliance, and talent management.
  • Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; HRIS experience required.

Key Competencies:

  • Oversee HR and admin operations across regional offices, including India.
  • Align HR strategies with business goals and ensure legal compliance.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Lead performance appraisals, engagement, and succession planning.
  • Implement and maintain HR systems and data reporting.
  • Handle office administration, procurement, and vendor coordination.
  • Ensure timely renewals of licenses and permits.
  • Coordinate travel, visas, and logistics for staff.
  • Support regional teams in standardizing HR and admin practices.
  • Experience in healthcare, especially labs and digital health, is preferred.
