Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support HR programs by generating actionable insights for strategy and decision-making.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as an HR Analyst or in a data-focused HR role.
  • Strong proficiency in HRIS systems, Excel, and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
  • Solid understanding of HR processes, metrics, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable reports for stakeholders.
