HR Analyst (Freelancer)

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze HR metrics to deliver insights on employee performance, turnover, retention, and engagement.
• Create reports and dashboards to monitor and visualize key HR indicators.
• Assist in workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development initiatives.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and areas of improvement in HR operations; recommend data-driven solutions.
• Support HR programs by generating actionable insights for strategy and decision-making.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as an HR Analyst or in a data-focused HR role.
• Strong proficiency in HRIS systems, Excel, and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
• Solid understanding of HR processes, metrics, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable reports for stakeholders.
