Job Description
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, employment history, and
- performance evaluations.
- Update and manage the HR database, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Prepare and maintain employee files and documentation, both physical and electronic.
- Recruitment Support:
- Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, scheduling candidates, and communicating
- with hiring managers.
- Prepare and distribute job advertisements and manage job postings on relevant platforms.
- Collect and screen resumes, and maintain an organized applicant tracking system.
- Coordinate pre-employment checks, including background checks and reference verifications.
- Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, employment contracts,
- and new hire paperwork.
- Conduct orientation sessions and ensure all required forms and documents are completed.
- Process employee terminations, including exit interviews, finalizing paperwork, and updating relevant
- systems.
- Benefits and Leave Administration:
- Assist employees with inquiries related to benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans,
- and time-off policies.
- Facilitate the administration of employee leaves of absence, including medical, parental, and vacation
- leaves.
- Maintain accurate records of employee leave balances and ensure compliance with applicable laws and
- policies.
- HR Policies and Compliance:
- Support the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance within HR
- operations.
- Assist in conducting HR audits to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
- Employee Relations:
- Provide support in resolving employee inquiries and issues related to HR policies, benefits, and other
- employment matters.
- Maintain effective communication with employees, managers, and external stakeholders regarding HR-
- related information.
