Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Trainer to join our team for airport operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping management, hands-on experience with corporate clients, and the ability to lead, train, and manage a team of around 150 housekeeping staff. The trainer will be responsible for maintaining high hygiene and service standards and ensuring adherence to airport safety and cleanliness protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct induction and regular training sessions for housekeeping staff on airport hygiene standards, cleaning techniques, and safety protocols.
- Supervise and manage housekeeping operations across all designated airport zones.
- Ensure all housekeeping staff follow SOPs, quality standards, and client expectations.
- Conduct performance evaluations and recommend improvement plans.
- Train staff on the proper use of equipment, cleaning materials, and chemicals.
- Maintain documentation of training schedules, attendance, and progress reports.
- Liaise with airport authorities and corporate clients to understand and deliver customized service levels.
- Manage shift schedules and manpower allocation efficiently for optimal coverage.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure cleanliness and compliance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in airport or large corporate environments.
- Proven experience managing and training large teams (100+ personnel).
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of modern housekeeping practices, airport safety regulations, and customer service standards.
