Responsibilities:

Team Management:

  • Supervise and manage a team of 50 to 60 employees, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Delegate tasks efficiently and monitor performance to maintain high standards.

Guest Management:

  • Oversee guest services, ensuring exceptional hospitality and a comfortable experience for all visitors.
  • Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.

House & Hospitality Management:

  • Manage overall house operations, including maintenance, cleanliness, and organization.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless service.
  • Maintain standards of hygiene, safety, and comfort throughout the property.
