Hostess/Guest Relation/GRE

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Reception and Interaction:

• Warmly welcome and greet guests upon arrival.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests.
• Ensure waiting guests are comfortable and informed.
• Manage guest complaints politely and escalate when required.

Reservation and Seating Management:

• Manage table reservations and guest seating arrangements.
• Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth guest flow.
• Maintain guest records and reservation logs.

Service Promotion and Support:

• Promote hotel/restaurant services, offers, and special events.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the reception and waiting areas.
• Follow grooming, hygiene, and service standards at all times.
