Job Description

  • Inbound & Outbound Calls: Handle inquiries from potential customers interested in our home visit service and proactively reach out to leads.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule home visit appointments based on customer preferences and stylist availability.
  • Follow-ups: Maintain a structured follow-up process to confirm and remind customers about their appointments.
  • Customer Engagement: Provide a high level of customer service, answering questions about the service, addressing concerns, and highlighting the benefits of a home visit.
  • CRM Management: Accurately update and maintain records of all customer interactions and appointment details in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with stylists, store teams, and the customer experience team to optimize appointment slots and availability.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report appointment conversion rates, cancellations, and customer feedback to improve the booking process.
